The Cambridge Footlights are the celebrated comedy troupe responsible for launching - and continuing to launch - many of the greatest names in comedy, including Peter Cook, John Cleese, Eric Idle, Graham Chapman, Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie and more recently David Mitchell and Robert Webb, Sasha Baron Cohen, Simon Bird and Joe Thomas (of The Inbetweeners) and 2009 Edinburgh Comedy award-winner, Tim Key.
